		<description><![CDATA[Oh no!  Another award list to make me feel inadequate because I haven&#039;t read any of them, although I do have &#039;The Panopticon&#039; on order from the library.  I agree though that anything that brings good literature into the public eye has to be applauded.  There are titles here that I might otherwise not have encountered and now I shall certainly look out for the short list at least.]]></description>
